Getting
started with txtCode Real Estate:
Once you have signed up for
txtCode and received your codes, getting started is as simple as sending us an
email for each property.
Determine how many properties you'd
like to apply a txtCode to.
You'll need to purchase one
txtCode number for each property. Remember you can move your txtCodes from property to property as they sell. You can also add more later if you need to.
Contact us to
order your required quantity of txtCodes. They are charged on a monthly basis
paid by cheque, credit card or by monthly bank deduction.

Create your own personalised sign which will need to include the Country wide SMS Number as well as the
txtCode. It can be included in an existing sign
design or tagged on as a second sign. See examples of how to do this.
To activate the txtCode for a
property, all you do is send SMS Feedback an email containing the information you want your potential customers to receive
on their mobile phones. You can send up to 160 characters of text
including spaces. Send emails to update@smsfeedback.com.au
and include the relevant txtCode number in the subject line of the
email.
Once the email
is
received, SMS Feedback
requires 3 business days to load the information and activate that
txtCode.
It will remain active for the length of your agreement.
Should you want to
change or update any information for a txtCode that is currently being used, the process is
exactly the same as point 4 above. Remember to include the txtCode
number in the subject line of your email.
Remember, each one of your txtCode numbers
can be re-used as many times as you like. Once a property has been sold,
simply apply its txtCode to a new one! Send us the new property details and
3 business days later your txtCode
will be ready for you to use again.
