First, You Sign up...
For a nominal subscription fee your company can sign up with SMS Feedback and start reaping the benefits of enhanced customer feedback.
Then You Set-up
Set-up is simple. SMS Feedback allows you to choose up to 6 email addresses
for each store or location, making customisation easy and totally at your discretion. You might want your text messages for a particular store
to go to the Store Manager, Store Owner, State or Regional Office, Head
Office, or maybe to a centralised Customer Response Centre. You select the
recipients you would like to receive the text message feedback for each store - we do the rest!
You Get the Goods
We will provide you with custom-designed posters featuring a unique txtCode
identifier that your business, franchise or store will display in a prominent position within that location (Shop window, Payment Counter etc).
In the case of non-retail businesses like airlines, car-hire companies, hotels and travel companies for example, a specially designed SMS Feedback information pack will form part of the printed material available to each of your customers. They can use this material at anytime to provide feedback.
All SMS Feedback posters and information packs will contain all the information required by your customers to enable them to send you feedback. Information will include a country-wide SMS number,
requested feedback categories, and clear and simple usage instructions.
