
How
txtCode Feedback Works:
It
couldn't be easier -
all you do is open your email and read your customer's
feedback. That's because we've done all the work! We
create some advertising material for you. We'll print
posters and flyers for
the venues (stores,
offices etc) from which you'd like to collect customer
feedback.
Your
clients/customers read your poster or pick up a flyer and
are encouraged to provide feedback that may include:
- A
suggestion
- A
complaint
- Complimentary
(or negative) commentary on one of your products or service
staff
Your
customer responds by texting the feedback to you immediately
- which is when they are feeling most effected by their
experience, and the point at which they are most likely to
respond.
The
text message is relayed to the SMS Feedback servers where it
is converted to an email and sent directly to the email address or addresses you have provided.
It
is automatically sorted and filed into a pre-selected category
to enable easy feedback analysis. You may
even elect categories for individual staff members or products
in order to view their performance at a glance.
