13text is a way for customers to contact your company using
their mobile phone, even when they don't have your phone
number!
They do this by texting a keyword from their mobile phone
to the nationwide number: 13text. Our technology does the rest!
The word the customer texts is known as a keyword. Your
keyword, which you can choose
yourself, should be easy to remember. So easy that most people
could probably guess it. You could even have 3 or 4 different
keywords.

example, if your company is a florist chain called Flowers For Me,
you could buy the keywords:

- flowers4me
- flowers
- getflowers

could text "flowersforme", and order within a few
minutes.
A customer who doesn't know your name, but urgently needs
to order an anniversary bouquet could simply text "flowers"
